Submitting the booking form or selecting a time slot is an enquiry only. No appointment is confirmed until you receive a personal confirmation from Ember Hijama. Available dates and times shown on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation.

Consultation and suitability

Hijama and cupping suitability is assessed through consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment where it would not be appropriate. Please share relevant health information honestly so treatment can be carried out safely.

Not medical care

Ember Hijama provides traditional Hijama and cupping therapy as part of a general wellbeing routine. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and it is not emergency medical care. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Fees

Prices shown on the website are indicative. Final price may vary depending on treatment needs, location and consultation. Any variation will be agreed with you before treatment.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please give as much notice as possible via WhatsApp or email.
